The Telemarketer will play a crucial role in managing the client database and proactively reaching out to potential clients via telephone. Main responsibility will be to generate interest and secure appointments with prospective clients for the Account Managers. By generating Briefs and Leads they will be an essential link between potential clients and the Account Managers.
- Maintain and update the Exhibitions client database with accurate and relevant information.
- Organize and categorize potential leads for efficient follow-up and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Arena's exhibition design and build services.
- Effectively engage with potential clients to generate interest and curiosity about our services.
- Identify decision-makers and key influencers within prospective organizations.
- Utilize Floor Plans and Databases to target the most relevant prospects participating at a variety of Exhibitions across multiple sectors.
- Generate and document leads, ensuring all necessary details are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to schedule appointments and follow-up meetings with qualified leads.
- Provide timely and detailed information to Account Managers to facilitate meaningful conversations during appointments.
- Ensure smooth handover of leads to the Exhibitions Manager.
- Maintain records of calls made, appointments scheduled, and leads generated.
- Prepare regular reports on telemarketing activities, performance metrics, and lead status.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects professionally and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing the client database and leads
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently and meet set targets.
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales support roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Exhibitions Industry or related sectors will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency is desirable.
