Position Description

Job Title: Sales Administrator 
Reporting Into: Commercial Director - KSA
Direct Reports: N/A
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Job Objective:

As a key member of the Client Services Team, the Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in providing essential support to the sales team by ensuring that all administrative tasks are efficiently managed. The role involves coordinating sales activities, managing sales data, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and the other departments. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Client Services Team 
  • Maintain and update the customer database ensuring accuracy and completeness of information using the CRM system. 
  • Monitor client's portals 
  • Keep track of deadlines for incoming requests 
  • Assist in creating and maintaining sales-related material. such as presentations and proposals for client meeting & pitch submissions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales activities
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to the sales team
  • Draft replies on behalf of the Account Manager for review 
  • Process and manage sales orders, including order entry, tracking, and coordinating with finance 
  • Collating and completing all relevant paperwork for submission of tender documents 
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills 
  • Ability to work well within a team dynamic and collaborate effectively 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, solution-oriented with the ability to think outside the box


  • Hands-in experience with using CRM software and other sales-related tools 
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Accurate with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of sales principles and common practices


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Excel) with experience of using CRM software
