Human Resource Admin & Payroll Executive

Arena Middle East & Asia Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Full Time

To assist with the day-to-day Human Resource functions by providing administrative compensation, payroll and benefits support to achieve the organisation objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Assist with completing Immigration and Labour department documentation for all employees related to issuance and renewals of visas and work permits
  • Maintain attendance records
  • Coordinate with the various government related departments
  • Manage visa applications for overseas projects
  • Organise flight and accommodation bookings for staff travelling overseas
  • Calculate and compile OT data every month
  • Compile and calculate monthly payroll on time for department heads approval
  • Coordinate with payroll outsource vendor for salary and all statutory deductions
  • Ensure salary is paid on time every month

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A graduate with specialisation in Human Resources Management or any other fields
  • Experience of at least 3 to 4 years at a similar level. Experience in handling payroll process is a must
  • MS Office
  • Familiar and experience working with HR 2000 software
